Can I use same part number for different origins?

Yes you can load the same part number with different origins to allow you attract accurate data based on origin.

Can I have dual part numbers?

Tariff Hippo allows you to have your part number in addition to your vendor part number as a reference.

How will I be notified of updates or changes?

Emails for silver and higher members.

Can I have multiple users access my account?

Our paid plans allow for extra seat licensing

Is our data private?

Absolutely, the data you upload is exclusively yours and not shared with any parties.

When are updates completed?

We update Hippo frequently with the most recent CBSA data. Updates are done during the night to avoid interruptions to your daily use.

What currency does Hippo use?

We are proudly Canadian 🇨🇦, and all payments are made in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
